從安化的雲霧山谷到茶馬古道

我在一個薄霧的早晨於安化高茅谷遇見了這款天尖,那裡的小型家庭作坊仍遵循著數百年前定下的節奏。2024年的春茶來自樹齡約六十年的老茶園,海拔約八百公尺。採摘的茶菁較嫩,處理手法比茯磚更輕柔,再經緩慢發酵與日曬製成。所成就的黑茶,優雅自持:甜美、結構分明,卻不顯厚重。

對我而言,天尖在生普洱與較粗獷的黑茶之間,佔據獨特地位。其較為輕柔的壓製,使茶葉無需金花之助,亦能從容呼吸、優雅陳化。即便此刻茶尚年輕,仍展現出乾果、糖蜜的層次,以及一抹清涼的樟腦韻味,指向深厚的陳放潛力。我第一次將這批茶壓製成散茶,作為橋樑——一款今天就能舒心品飲的茶,卻也值得耐心等待十年甚至更久。這是一場與湖南茶路歷史的寧靜對話,以甜美的語言訴說。
