每片茶葉中的傳統

2025 年四月初,我前往台灣南投山區的鹿谷鄉,清晨的薄霧仍輕覆茶園。林家在這片中海拔坡地耕作已三代,在 Mt. Dòng Dǐng 的注視下,摘取嬌嫩的青心烏龍茶種。今年春茶的收成格外優異 — 涼爽的夜晚與和煦的陽光孕育出含糖量高的茶芽,甚至在焙火前就能感受到那份甜潤。

在鮮葉經過萎凋、輕度做菁並揉捻成緊結的球狀後,焙茶師傅開始他細心的工序。他用竹籃炭火慢焙茶葉兩星期,透過感覺濕度與蒸氣來調整火候。我坐在木凳上,每天清晨以小耳勺取樣品飲,看著茶葉從青澀草綠蛻變為鑲金邊的珍寶。

最終精選之作之所以出眾,在於其平衡:焙火從未壓倒花香核心,而是疊上了烤大麥與蜂蜜的層次。這不是一款張揚的茶 — 它給予安心。我買下整批,不過 40 公斤,因為我相信它捕捉了經典 Dòng Dǐng 的靈魂。現在我很高興能將它獻給您,正如我在那間小工坊裡的體驗 — 溫暖、沉穩、深刻滿足。
